摘  要:目的 探讨医院药械科药学服务工作中6σ管理理论的应用效果。方法 分别于6σ管理理论实施前选入若干例门诊患者,其中2020年1~12月入院的49例患者作为对照组,2021年1~12月入院的57例患者作为观察组,对比两组患者的等候时间及药学服务满意度,另对6σ管理理论实施前后的就医全程时间、药品划价缴费时间进行比较。结果 观察组等候时间、药学服务满意程度显著高于对照组(P <0.05);6σ管理理论实施后,就医全程时间、药品划价缴费时间明显降低(P <0.05)。结论 在药械科药学服务工作中,6σ管理理论的应用有助于提高药学服务的效率与品质,并改善门诊患者对药学服务工作的评价。Objective To explore the effect of 6σ management theory in the pharmacy service of hospital pharmacy department.Methods A number of outpatients were selected before the implementation of 6σ management theory,of which 49 patients admitted in January to December 2020 were the control group and 57 patients admitted in January to December 2021 were the observation group,and the waiting time and satisfaction of pharmacy service were compared between the two groups.Results The waiting time and satisfaction of pharmacy service in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the waiting time and drug payment time were significantly lower after the implementation of 6σ management theory(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 6σ management theory in pharmacy service work of pharmacy department helps to improve the efficiency and quality of pharmacy service and improve the evaluation of pharmacy service work by outpatients.
