地屈孕酮联合来曲唑治疗子宫内膜异位症患者的临床效果及对血清糖类抗原125水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究子宫内膜异位症患者通过来曲唑结合地屈孕酮治疗的临床效果与对血清糖类抗原(CA)125水平的影响。方法抽取本院于2018年12月至2020年12月收治的子宫内膜异位症患者共68例,参照随机抽样法分成对照组(34例,实施单纯来曲唑治疗方式)和观察组(34例,实施来曲唑结合地屈孕酮治疗方式),研究比对患者的性激素水平、有效率、CA125水平与不良反应等。结果 与对照组对比,观察组子宫内膜异位症患者给药后的E2、FSH、LH水平更低(P <0.05)。与对照组对比,观察组子宫内膜异位症患者的有效率更高(P <0.05)。两组给药前CA125水平差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);与对照组对比,观察组子宫内膜异位症患者给药后的CA125水平更低(P <0.05)。两组子宫内膜异位症患者的恶心、阴道干燥和皮疹等不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。两组患者躯体情况、心理情况、生理情况、社会关系、情感活动各维度评分对比,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 来曲唑结合地屈孕酮治疗对于下调血清CA125水平,缓缓解病情等有重要意义。Objective To study the clinical study of letrozole combined with Dydrogesterone in patients with Endometriosis and its effect on serum carbohydrate antigen(CA)125 level.Methods A total of 68 patients with Endometriosis who were admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into a control group(34 cases,treated with letrozole alone)and an observation group(34 cases,treated with letrozole combined with Dydrogesterone)according to the random sampling method.The levels of sex hormones,effective rates,CA125 levels and adverse reactions of patients were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of E2,FSH and LH in patients with Endometriosis in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the effective rate of patients with Endometriosis in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in CA125 levels between the two groups before administration(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the CA125 level of patients with Endometriosis in the observation group was lower after administration(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea,vaginal dryness and skin rash between the two groups in patients with Endometriosis(P>0.05).The physical,psychological,physical,social relationships,and emotional activity were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Letrozole combined with Dydrogesterone is of great significance in lowering the serum carbohydrate antigen 125 level and slowly relieving the disease.
