地奥司明片联合肛泰栓治疗痔疮急性发作的效果

摘　　要：目的 评估地奥司明片联合肛泰栓治疗痔疮急性发作的效果。方法 选取62例痔疮急性发作患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组接受地奥司明片联合肛泰栓治疗,对照组接受单纯肛泰栓治疗。治疗后观察两组患者的疼痛程度、出血情况、治疗效果以及并发症发生率。结果 观察组在视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、出血情况、治疗效果以及并发症发生率方面均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 地奥司明片联合肛泰栓治疗痔疮急性发作具有显著的临床效果,可有效缓解症状、减轻疼痛、控制出血,促进疾病的康复。Objective To evaluate the effect of diosmin tablets combined with suppository in the treatment of acute onset of hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 62 patients with acute hemorrhoidal exacerbation were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group receiving diosmin tablets combined with suppository and the control group receiving anository simple anothrombus treatment.After treatment,the pain score,bleeding status,treatment effect and complication rate of the two groups were observed.Results The observation group was better than the control group in terms of VAS score,bleeding,treatment effect and complication rate(P<0.05).Conclusion Diosmin tablets combined with suppository have significant clinical effect in the treatment of acute onset of hemorrhoids,which can effectively relieve symptoms,reduce pain,control bleeding,and promote disease recovery.
