摘 要:为了更好地指导东胜气田开发中的低压集输工艺,在滚动建产、甜点开发模式下对气井串接管线部署模式、设计方法进行了优化。结果表明:采用干管先行部署模式,保障了当期产能释放和后续气井快速投产,减少了设计变更;采用多站串接集气模式,优化了井站关系,减少了布站数量;联用水力热力软件及GIS系统,并采用串接管线“设计—调整—施工”循环优化设计模式,提升了管网估算准确度和建设速度。通过相关技术对策,提升了串接管线对滚动开发模式的适应性,降低了建设成本。In the development of Dongsheng gas field,the deployment mode and design method of gas well tandem pipeline were optimized under the mode of rolling production,construction and spot development by adopting low-pressure gathering and transportation technology.The results show that the main pipeline deployment mode can ensure the release of current production capacity and the rapid production of subsequent gas wells,and reduces the design changes.Multi-station tandem gas gathering mode is applied to optimize the well station relationship and reduce the number of stations.By combining with the hydraulic and thermal software and GIS system,and adopting the"design-adjustment-construction"cycle optimization design mode of the series pipeline,the accuracy of the pipeline network estimation and the construction speed were improved.Through the application of relevant technical countermeasures,the adaptability of the tandem pipeline to the rolling development mode has been improved,and the construction cost was reduced.
