乌鲁木齐站钢屋盖网架结构的非均匀温度场影响因素分析

摘  要:非均匀温度场作用下大跨度空间网架结构将产生非均匀应力分布,若局部应力过大会威胁到结构的安全。新疆极端气候频现,以乌鲁木齐站钢屋盖网架结构作为工程实例,建立流场分析数值模型,分析不同环境因素对结构非均匀温度场的影响,并用实测数据验证,得出以下结论:仅考虑热辐射时,夏至日14时最高温时结构表面最大温度高于环境温度3.6倍,有风(风速5m/s,不随高度变化的平均风)比无风时结构表面最大温度降低38.1%,这说明太阳辐射对结构非均匀温度场的影响最大,其次是平均风;平均风速梯度的特征参数对结构温度场的影响程度排序为:风速大小>地面粗糙度>风向角;风速越大,温度越低,但达到一定风速后,温度趋于稳定;地面越平坦,障碍物越少,温度越高;风向角对温度场的影响不大。Under the action of non-uniform temperature field,non-uniform stress distribution will be generated in large-span space grid structure.If the local stress is too high,the safety of the structure will be threatened.Extreme weather occurs frequently in Xinjiang,taking Urumqi station steel roof grid structure as engineering examples,the numerical model of the flow field analysis was established,the influence of different environmental factors on the non-uniform temperature field of the structure was analyzed and verified by the measured data.The following conclusions were drawn:only considering thermal radiation,the maximum surface temperature of the structure on the summer solstice at 14∶00 when the highest temperature is 3.6 times higher than the ambient temperature.The maximum surface temperature of the structure is reduced by 38.1%when the wind speed is 5m/s,and the average wind does not change with the height.It shows that solar radiation has the greatest influence on non-uniform temperature field of the structure,followed by the average wind.The influence degree of the characteristic parameters of the average wind speed gradient on the structure temperature field is sorted as follows:wind speed size>surface roughness>the wind angle.The higher the wind speed,the lower the temperature,but when the wind speed reaches a certain level,the temperature tends to be stable.The flatter the ground,the fewer obstacles,the higher the temperature.The wind direction angle has little effect on the temperature field.
