摘 要:为分析预制装配型钢混凝土(PSRC)梁的受剪机理并准确计算其受剪承载力,考虑剪跨比、型钢类型、抗剪连接件、现浇混凝土强度与类型、加载方式、浇筑方式等影响因素,设计并制作了10根PSRC梁试件,对其中9根PSRC梁试件进行低周反复荷载试验,另1根PSRC梁试件进行单调加载对比试验。基于改进的修正压力场理论提出了适用于PSRC梁的受剪计算公式。研究表明:PSRC梁受剪承载力试验值与计算值吻合较好;计算内置蜂窝型钢试件受剪承载力时,需将型钢腹板的贡献进行折减,使其满足安全要求。In order to analyze the shear mechanism of precast steel reinforced concrete(PSRC)beams and calculate its shear bearing capacity accurately,10 PSRC beam specimens were designed and made by taking into account the influence factors such as shear-span ratio,steel type,shear connector,cast-in-situ concrete strength and type,loading method,pouring method and so on.The low cyclic loading test was carried out on 9 PSRC beam specimens,and the monotonic loading comparison test was carried out on the other PSRC beam specimen.Based on the modified compression field theory,a shear calculation formula for PSRC beams was proposed.The results show that the shear bearing capacity calculated results of PSRC beam are in good agreement with the experimental results.In order to meet the requirement of safety reserve,the contribution of steel webs should be reduced when calculating the shear capacity of honeycomb steel specimens.
