摘  要:装配式RC浅圆仓仓顶结构属于锥壳结构,在电缆线和仓顶集中荷载下,存在较大的横板缝方向传力需求。为研究装配式RC浅圆仓仓顶结构横板向传力性能,设计并完成了4个装配式仓顶板和2个现浇板在竖向荷载下的静载试验,对试件的破坏形态、挠曲变形、应变发展等进行分析。结果表明:板缝连接件具有良好的横板向传力性能,带板缝预制仓顶板具有较好的承载力和刚度。连接件和板缝的数量变化对装配式仓顶板横板向传力及刚度影响较大。连接件数量增多和板缝数量的减少,可有效提高装配式仓顶板横板向传力性能,增大弹性变形,提高其承载力和刚度;上部盖板锚板可以有效地传递板缝弯曲压应力;开孔板先于板缝连接件锚筋屈服,提高装配式夹层板的横板向刚度的可修复性。The precast RC shallow circle warehouse roof structure belongs to conical shell structure,there is a large demand for force transfer in the direction of the transverse plate joint under the concentrated load of the cable line and the warehouse roof.In order to study the orthogonal slab laying direction(OSLD)force transfer behavior on warehouse top slab of precast RC shallow circle warehouse,an static test including four precast warehouse top slab specimens and two cast-in-situ RC slab specimens under vertical load was conducted.The failure mode,flexural deflection and strain development of the test specimens were analyzed.The results show that the slab joint connectors have good force transmission performance,and the precast warehouse top slab with the slab joint have good bearing capacity and stiffness.The number change of the connector and the slab joint have a great influence on the OSLD and stiffness of the precast warehouse top slab.Increasing number of the connector and reduced number of the slab joints can effectively improve OSLD force transfer behavior of the precast warehouse top slab,increase elastic deformation,then improve its bearing capacity and stiffness.The upper butt plate can effectively transfer the bending stress of the slab joint.The perforated panel yield before the slab joint anchor bar to improve the recoverability of the transverse plate stiffness of the fabricated sandwich plate in OSLD.
