摘 要:为了提高再生混凝土的强度,研究了不同激发方式对再生混凝土活性的影响,为日后将再生材料在水泥基材料中的应用提供理论基础。通过室内试验,研究了化学激发和物理、化学混合激发对铁尾矿粉活性的影响,分析了碱激发对再生细骨料活性的影响。测定了再生材料混合水泥后的28d抗压强度,计算出抗压强度比,并结合微观现象进行再生混凝土活性分析。结果表明:将铁尾矿粉粉磨并用2%的盐酸溶液处理,其抗压强度能达到处理前的119.19%;混凝土再生细骨料经3%的硫酸钙溶液浸泡处理后,抗压强度能达到处理前的101.78%。In order to improve the strength of recycled concrete,the effects of different excitation methods on the activity of recycled concrete were studied,providing a theoretical basis for the future application of recycled materials in cement-based materials.Through laboratory tests,the effects of chemical excitation and physical and chemical mixed excitation on the activity of iron tailings powder were studied,the effect of alkali excitation on the activity of recycled fine aggregate was analyzed.The 28d compressive strength of recycled materials mixed with cement was measured,and the compressive strength ratio was calculated,and the activity of recycled concrete was analyzed based on microcosmic phenomena.The results show that the compressive strength of iron tailings powder after grinding and treating with 2%hydrochloric acid solution can reach 119.19%of that before treatment.After the recycled fine aggregate of concrete is soaked in 3%calcium sulfate solution,its compressive strength can reach 101.78%of that before treatment.
