摘 要:老旧小区改造加固工程的快速发展,大幅拓宽了后锚固锚栓在砌体结构中的应用。基于多组拉拔试验,较为系统地研究了砌体结构后锚固化学锚栓破坏模式、破坏过程、抗拔承载力与影响因素之间的关系。结果表明:锚栓主要存在拔出、锥形、混合三种破坏模式,极少出现筋材屈服断裂破坏,锚栓的破坏模式与锚栓锚固深度、锚栓直径密切相关,以混合破坏作为边界破坏形式,给出了破坏模式与锚深、直径的统计关系式。在验证本试验数据可靠的基础上,推导出了拔出破坏和混合破坏模式下承载力的统一计算公式。The rapid development of reconstruction and reinforcement projects in old residential areas has greatly expanded the application of post anchor bolts in masonry structures.Based on multiple groups of pull-out tests,the failure modes,failure process,the relationship between the pull-out bearing capacity and the influencing factors of the chemical anchor bolt of the masonry structure have been systematically studied.The results show that there are three failure modes of the anchor bolt:pull-out,cone and mixed failure,with very few occurrences of yielding fracture failure of anchor bolt,the failure mode of the anchor bolt is closely related to the anchorage depth and diameter of the anchor bolt.The statistical relationship between the failure mode and the anchorage depth and diameter was given by taking the mixed failure as the boundary failure mode.On the basis of verifying the reliability of the test data,a unified formula for calculating the bearing capacity under pull-out failure and mixed failure was derived.
