摘  要:我国《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ 3—2010)中规定,当建筑物采用岩石地基或采取有效措施时,在结构满足地基承载力、稳定性及底部零应力区要求的前提下,其埋置深度可适当放松。因此,为研究高层建筑岩石地基基础最小埋深限值对结构抗倾覆的影响,提出了一种全新的、基于周期模拟的仿真极限模型试验方法,按不同高度、抗震烈度及基本风压生成378个仿真极限模型后,得到18组工况下的结构底部零应力区面积比与结构抗倾覆安全系数,分析上述数据后可知,对于6度地震设防地区、基本风压小于(含)0.5kN/m^(2)的高层建筑,若其基础无偏心且平面尺寸符合《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ 3—2010)规定,则在基础满足规范承载力、变形、抗滑移要求的前提下,基础埋置深度需求有较大程度的减小。未来可以研究仿真模型的适规性验证、重力和质心偏心等方面对于结构倾覆的影响,进一步完善结构抗倾覆方面的理论依据。According to the Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building(JGJ 3—2010)in China,when a building adopts rock foundation or takes effective measures,the premise of the structure meeting the requirements of foundation bearing capacity,stability and zero-stress zone at the bottom under the circumstances,the buried depth of the building can be appropriately relaxed.Therefore,in order to study the influence of the minimum buried depth limit of the rock foundation of high-rise buildings on the anti-overturning ability of the structure,a entirely new simulation limit model test method based on period simulation was proposed.After generating 378 simulation limit models based on different heights,seismic intensities and basic wind pressures,the area ratio of the zero-stress area at the bottom of the structure and the anti-overturning safety factor of the structure under 18 sets of working conditions were obtained.After analyzing the data,it is concluded that for high-rise buildings with a basic wind pressure less than(inclusive)0.5 kN/m^(2) in a seismic fortification area of 6 degrees,if the foundation has no eccentricity and the plane size meets the requirements of the Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building(JGJ 3—2010),the need for foundation buried depth can be significantly reduced under the premise of satisfying the normative requirements for bearing capacity,deformation,and antislip.In the future,the suitability verification of the simulation model,the influence of gravity and the eccentricity of the center of mass on the structural overturning can be further studied,and the theoretical basis for the anti-overturning of the structure can be further improved.
