新的跨越:从“千城一面”到“双塔理论”再到城市IP建构

摘　　要：21世纪的中国城市化,是人类最伟大的变革之一。然而也发生了千城一面的顽疾,出现了“如数家珍”“资源魔咒”的困境。如何突破困境,实施城市形象战略,建构包含城市理念、城市环境、城市行为和城市视觉标志的城市形象的综合构成体,需要转换思路,从“木桶原理”走向“双塔模式”;从“细节决定成败”转换为高质量发展的“视野和目标决定成败”。因此,构筑中国全境四级文脉系统的文脉云,依托四级文脉体系的大数据架构,从而实现对全国省、地市、区县、乡镇四级的在地文脉以及文脉IP的全网热度实时监测和智能分析;为评判各级行政单位文化建设综合效果及相关产业推进实际效能提供可视化的量化分析。基于精准数据研判,中国文脉云能够为各在地文脉和文脉IP定制个性化热度管理服务,推动中华优秀传统文化的创造性转化和创新性发展。The urbanization of China in the 21st century is one of the greatest transformations of mankind.However,there are also existences of the city lacking cultural recognition,and of the dilemma that the more cultural resources there are,the harder it is to develop.How to break through the dilemma,implement the city image strategy,and construct a comprehensive composition of city image that includes city concept,city environment,city behaviors,and city visual signs,requires a change of thinking.We need to move from the Cannikin Law to the Twin Towers model,from“details make the difference”to“vision and goals make the difference”for quality development.Therefore,we have constructed a cultural context big data system,called the cloud of cultural context,divided into four levels throughout China,to realize real-time monitoring and intelligent analysis of the local cultural context and cultural context IP at the provincial,municipal,district,and township levels.It provides visualization and quantitative analysis for the comprehensive effect of the cultural construction of administrative units at all levels and the actual effectiveness of related industries.Based on accurate data research and judgment,the cloud of cultural context in China can customize personalized heat management services for each local cultural context and cultural context IP,promoting innovative transformation and development of traditional Chinese culture.
