摘 要:电机法向电磁力波动及铁心材料的磁致伸缩效应是产生电机振动的主要原因。采用谐波电流注入法可以有效抑制电机振动。法向电磁力波动及磁致伸缩效应与电机结构和磁场分布密切相关,存在结构和磁方面耦合关系,对采用谐波电流注入法抑制效果产生影响,相关机理尚不清晰。分析永磁直线电机电机法向电磁力波的主要频率,通过谐波电流注入法削弱电机的4倍频法向电磁力,进而抑制电机的4倍电频率振动。分析磁致伸缩效应对铁心振动的影响,探究磁致伸缩效应对电机振动的改变是否影响了谐波电流的选取。The fluctuation of the normal electromagnetic force of the motor and the magnetostrictive effect of the core material are the main causes of the motor vibration.The harmonic current injection method can effectively suppress motor vibration.The fluctuation of normal electromagnetic force and magnetostriction effect are closely related to the structure and magnetic field distribution of the motor,and there is a coupling relationship between structure and magnetic aspects,which affects the effect of the above suppression method.The relevant mechanism is still unclear.The main frequency of the normal electromagnetic force wave of the permanent magnet linear motor was analyzed.By means of harmonic current injection,the four-frequency normal electromagnetic force of the motor was weakened and the four-frequency vibration of the motor was suppressed.The influence of magnetostriction effect on core vibration was analyzed,and whether the change of magnetostriction effect on motor vibration affects the selection of harmonic current was explored.
