摘  要:为提高深中通道伶仃洋大桥主缆的除湿防腐性能,对该桥主缆除湿防腐措施及构造进行设计优化。通过对主缆内部不平衡的除湿过程进行分析,在传统转轮除湿技术的基础上,提出固定出口含湿量的冷凝除湿方式,干燥空气的制备从单一的转轮除湿优化为冷凝+转轮复合除湿,使主缆中相对湿度长时间维持稳定状态,保证其在高温高湿环境中的防腐耐久性。同时优化了防护构造,主缆缠丝区防护构造采用Z型缠丝+缠包带,非缠丝区索夹环缝密封采用卡槽+环形增强密封圈,直缝密封采用空心橡胶弹簧式密封条,螺杆紧固件采用整体式防水螺母密封,有效提高了主缆防护的气密性。The Lingdingyang Bridge of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link is used as a case to present ways to improve the dehumidification and corrosion resistant capacity of main cables of sea-crossing suspension bridges.The dehumidification and corrosion protection measures and corresponding structural details were optimized.The unbalanced dehumidification process inside the main cables was analyzed.Based on the traditional rotary-wheel dehumidification,a condensation-dehumidification method that keeps constant moisture content at exhaust ports is developed.The dry air is produced to meet the requirements of transitioning from pure rotary-wheel dehumidification to condensation plus rotary-wheel dehumidification,to make sure that the relative humidity in main cables sustain a stable state in a long time and guarantee the corrosion resistance and durability of the main cables in elevated temperature and humidity environments.At the same time,the protection details were modified,for the steel wire wrapped areas of the main cable,steel wires for Z-shaped wrapping and wrapping tapes were used.For the unwrapped areas,the ring seams of cable clamps were sealed by way of cutting slots and using circular strengthened sealing cushions.For the straight seams,void rubber elastic sealing tapes were used,and for the bolt-tightened members,the integral waterproof nuts were used,to effectively improve the airtightness of the main cables.
