摘 要:为研究波形钢腹板组合梁双开孔钢板连接件的横向抗弯性能,以地约科1号大桥(波形钢腹板连续刚构桥)为背景,分析波形钢腹板与混凝土顶板双开孔钢板连接件(简称“T-PBL连接件”)在横向弯矩作用下的破坏模式及抗弯性能。以穿孔钢筋直径为变量,设计了3个试件,进行横向抗弯静力试验,并将试验值与现行《波形钢腹板组合梁桥技术标准》(CJJ/T 272-2017)中的理论值进行对比。结果表明:穿孔钢筋直径对T-PBL连接件试件破坏形态影响较小,在横向弯矩作用下试件的破坏形态均为受拉侧底部混凝土拉裂,同时受拉侧混凝土与钢翼缘板发生较大的剥离;试件的荷载~位移曲线分为弹性阶段、弹塑性阶段和屈服阶段;增大穿孔钢筋直径可以提高T-PBL连接件试件横向抗弯承载力,现行行业标准中对于T-PBL连接件的横向抗弯承载力计算方法较为保守,尤其对于大直径的穿孔钢筋试件,其安全储备较高。The study of this paper focuses on the transverse bending behaviors of the composite girder that features the corrugated steel webs and the twin perfobond rib shear connectors(T-PBL connectors for short).The Diyueke No.1 Bridge,a continuous rigid-frame bridge with corrugated steel webs,is used for a case study.The failure mode and bending behaviors of the T-PBL connectors that connect the corrugated steel webs and concrete slabs are analyzed,taking into consideration of the action of transverse bending moments.Three specimens were prepared for the transverse flexural static test,with the diameter of the rebars of the T-PBL connectors as variable.The test results were compared with the theoretical values suggested in the Technical Standard for Composite Girder Bridge with Corrugated Steel Webs(CJJ/T 272-2017).It is shown that the diameter of the rebars has minimal influence on the failure mode of the T-PBL connectors,under the action of transverse bending moment,the failure mode is presented as the cracking of the concrete under tensile forces,at the same time,severe disengagement of the concrete and steel flanges is observed.The load-displacement curves of the specimens can be divided into an elastic stage,an elastic-plastic stage and a yielding stage.Increasing the diameter of the rebars is able to improve the transverse flexural strength of the T-PBL connectors.The method to calculate the transverse bending resistance of the T-PBL connectors given in the specification is relatively conservative,especially for the large-diameter rebars,the safety margin is wide.
