摘 要:长益复线至兴联路大通道工程(过江段)跨湘江主桥采用主跨380 m双塔斜拉桥,桥塔总体采用“湘江绣月”方案,大量采用空间曲面进行装饰。采用建筑信息模型(BIM)技术对该桥开展桥塔曲面的正向造型设计。首先,通过BIM模型构建参数化曲面空间,根据塔柱、塔冠、塔顶装饰、塔底装饰等不同部位的结构特点,针对性地采用多截面曲面、填充曲面、扫掠曲面等三维手段开展空间曲面参数化设计,在三维空间中确定塔冠、塔顶、塔底等部位空间曲面结构的设计参数;然后,由三维模型辅助二维绘图,综合采用断面输出、参数表输出等方法,完成三维曲面的二维出图表达;最后,在精细化三维模型基础上,进一步开展了可视化渲染、3D打印、有限元计算、工程量统计等一系列BIM技术应用,取得了良好效果。The main bridge of the Xiangjiang River Bridge connecting the Xinglian Road Corridor to the Second Changsha-Yiyang Expressway is a two-pylon cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 380 m.To communicate the image of"embroidering the moon in the Xiangjiang River",the pylons are ornamented with spatial curved surfaces.BIM(Building Information Technology)forward design is applied for the shape evolution of the pylons.First,a parametric curved spatial model was developed to optimize the parameters of the spatial curved surfaces,in accordance with the characteristics of the pylon columns,pylon crown and pylon-head ornaments,different spatial design modules were adopted,including multiple cross-sectional curved surfaces,filled curved surfaces and scanning curved surfaces,to determine the design parameters of the pylon crown,pylon head and pylon bottom.Then,the 3D model is used to supplement the 2D drawing,by the combined utilization of the section generation and parametric table output to complete the 2D representation of the 3D curved surfaces.At last,based on the refined 3D model,a series of BIM tools,including visual rendering,3D printing,finite element calculation,engineering unit statistics were applied,and the application effect was good.
