摘 要:为了高效去除养殖废水厌氧消化液中的高浓度固体悬浮物(SS),确保后续厌氧氨氧化脱氮处理的稳定性,探究了生物曝气联合混凝去除养殖废水厌氧消化液SS的效果。结果表明,单独混凝处理厌氧消化液,1.5 g/L聚合氯化铝(PAC)反应16 min后SS去除率为53.7%;单独生物曝气(好氧活性污泥曝气)处理厌氧消化液,1 L/min生物曝气处理20 min后SS去除率为37.3%。而1 L/min生物曝气处理20 min后的出水中投加1.5 g/L PAC反应16 min,最终SS去除率达到99.2%,总磷去除率为98.0%。生物曝气联合PAC混凝处理可以有效降低厌氧消化液中的SS浓度。In order to remove high-concentration suspended solids(SS)from anaerobic digestion solution of livestock wastewater and ensure the stability of subsequent anammox process,the effect of biological aeration-coagulation combined process on SS removal was investigated.The results showed that,under the condition of single coagulation,the removal rate of SS reached 53.7%after 1.5 g/L polymeric aluminum chloride(PAC)reaction for 16 minutes,under the condition of single biological aeration(aerobic activated sludge aeration),the removal rate of SS was 37.3%after 1 L/min biological aeration for 20 minutes.However,adding 1.5 g/L PAC into the effluent water from the treatment unit of 20-min 1 L/min biological aeration,the final removal rate of SS reached 99.2%in 16 minutes,and the removal rate of total phosphorus was 98.0%.Therefore,combined process of biological aeration and PAC coagulation can effectively reduce SS concentration in anaerobic digestion solution.
