摘 要:以模拟养猪沼液为研究对象,MgCl2·6H_(2)O和K2HPO4·3H_(2)O分别为镁源和磷源沉淀剂,采用磷酸铵镁法(MAP)回收养猪沼液中的氮磷。考察了反应温度、搅拌速率、pH值、n(Mg)∶n(N)和n(P)∶n(N)对氮磷回收率的影响。结果表明,磷酸铵镁法回收养猪沼液中氮磷的最佳工艺条件为:pH值为9.5、反应温度为30℃、搅拌速率为200 r/min、n(Mg)∶n(N)为1.2、n(P)∶n(N)为0.6,此时模拟养猪沼液磷酸盐和氨氮的回收率分别为81.13%和55.97%,剩余磷酸盐和氨氮的质量浓度分别为9.47 mg/L和286.55 mg/L,可实现养猪沼液中氮磷的资源化利用。Taking simulated pig biogas slurry as the research object,using MgCl2·6H_(2)O and K2HPO4·3H_(2)O as magnesium source and phosphorus source precipitants respectively,nitrogen and phosphorus was reclaimed by magnesium ammonium phosphate(MAP)process.The influence of reaction time,stirring speed,pH value,n(Mg)∶n(N)and n(P)∶n(N)on nitrogen and phosphorus recovery was investigated.The results showed that,the optimal process conditions for MAP method recovering nitrogen and phosphorus from pig biogas slurry was as follows:the pH value was 9.5,the reaction temperature was 30℃,the stirring speed was 200 r/min,the values of n(Mg)∶n(N)and n(P)∶n(N)were 1.2 and 0.6 respectively.Under the above condition,the recovery rates of phosphate and ammonia nitrogen were 81.13%and 55.97%respectively,the residual phosphate and ammonia nitrogen concentrations were 9.47 and 286.55 mg/L respectively,which realized resource utilization of nitrogen and phosphorus in pig biogas slurry.
