摘  要:某火电厂除盐水系统以地表水为水源,投运1 a后反渗透系统出力下降明显,仅用物理冲洗无法恢复。采用外观检查、水质理论计算及XRF、SEM分析等方法对膜元件进行系统检测,得知膜污染原因为微生物及无机盐结垢,结垢组分为硫酸盐、铝硅酸盐等难溶盐及水合金属氧化物。采用复配的酸性、碱性清洗药剂并以先酸洗后碱洗的化学清洗方式清洗后,反渗透系统进水压力降低17%,跨膜压差降低30%,系统出力基本恢复至污染前的水平,膜性能基本得到恢复。The desalted water system of a thermal power plant used surface water as the water source.through a one-year operation,the output of the reverse osmosis system decreased significantly,and it could not be recovered only by physical flushing.Adopting visual inspection,theoretical calculation of water quality,XRF,SEM analysis and some other methods,the membrane elements were systematically tested,which showed that the membrane pollution was caused by microbial and inorganic salt scaling,and the components of the scaling were sulfate,aluminosilicate and other insoluble salts and hydrated metal oxides.After the composite acid and alkaline cleaning agents were used and the chemical cleaning method of acid-alkaline cleaning was adopted,the water inlet pressure of the reverse osmosis system was reduced by 17%,the transmembrane differential pressure was reduced by 30%,the system output was recovered to the level before the pollution,and the membrane performance was basically restored.
