摘　　要：在同一条250t/d生产线上,通过对成形、退火和切裁工艺参数优化,改造硬件设备,实现厚度1.5mm和15mm玻璃在同一条生产线上规模化生产,1.5mm和15mm玻璃厚薄差分别控制在0.07mm和0.2mm以内,成品率达到85%,提高了生产效率和成品率。On the same 250 t/d production line,by optimizing the forming,annealing and cutting process parameters,and reforming the hardware equipment,the scale production of 1.5 mm and 15 mm glass is realized on the same production line,and the thickness difference of 1.5 mm and 15 mm glass is controlled within 0.07 mm and 0.2 mm,respectively.The yield reached 85%,which improved the production efficiency and yield.
