摘 要:旅游统计问题是世界性难题。随着中国旅游产业的不断发展,旅游统计制度不断修正和完善。中国旅游统计发展的历史进程可分为旅游统计事业初步形成时期、旅游统计制度形成发展时期、旅游统计制度日益规范并与国际旅游统计不断接轨三个时期。目前的旅游统计指标体系主要包括国内出游、入境接待、地方接待、网上直报、假日统计五部分;旅游及相关产业增加值按照生产法、收入法核算。当前中国旅游统计的主要问题是出游人数统计中国内出游和地方接待的口径不一致、游客时间和距离的界定标准问题、抽样调查的局限性等。数字技术改变人类生产力和生产关系,拓宽旅游产业边界,增加旅游统计内容,旅游产业功能变化影响旅游统计指标的变化。疫情防控倒逼旅游统计体系及方法改革,旅游统计现代化改革路径有:运用游客位置识别技术,推动需求指标体系改革;尝试运用大数据消费数据,完善旅游消费统计体系;运用大数据统计技术,推动国家级旅游价格指数编制;建立大旅游产业统计,实现应统尽统;通过需求侧数字生态链,扩展数据来源渠道;借助大数据技术,开展系统旅游统计体系推算。最后提出了未来的研究展望。Tourism statistics problem is a worldwide issue.With the continuous development of China’s tourism industry,the tourism statistics system has been continuously improved,according to the historical process of development of tourism industry and tourism statistics,statistics can be divided into three periods,the initial formation period of tourism statistics,the formation and development period of tourism statistics system,and the increasingly standardized tourism statistics system and the continuous integration with international tourism statistics undertaking preliminary formation.The current tourism statistics index system mainly includes five parts:domestic travel,inbound reception,local reception,online direct report and holiday statistics.The added value of tourism and related industries shall be calculated according to the production method and the income method.At present,the main problems of tourism statistics in China are the incongruence of calibre between intragroups and local reception,the problems of defining standards of time and distance of tourists,the limitations of sampling survey,and so on.In the era of digital economy,the dynamic mechanism of promoting the modernization reform of tourism statistics includes:digital technology changes human productivity and production relations;Digital technology expands the boundary of tourism industry and increases the content of tourism statistics;The change of tourism industry function affects the change of tourism statistics indicators;Epidemic prevention and control forced the reform of tourism statistics system and methods;The paths of modernization reform of tourism statistics include:using tourist location identification technology to promote the reform of demand index system;Use big data consumption data to improve the tourism consumption statistics system;Using big data statistical technology to promote the establishment of national tourism price index.The establishment of big tourism industry statistics should be unified;Expand the data source chan
