摘 要:传统均相阳离子交换膜(CEM)基质材料多为侧链型磺化聚合物,该类聚合物制备过程复杂、制备试剂毒性高,凸显此类材料制备CEM的短板。以聚醚砜(PES)为CEM骨架基质材料,以聚合物磺化聚醚砜(SPES)与十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)为基质功能材料,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为亲水调控剂,制备均相CEM,将制备CEM用于苦咸水脱盐考察实用性。研究结果表明,SDS和SPES稳定存在于制备CEM中,制备CEM表面及断面结构规整、无缺陷,基质材料相容性良好,CEM用于电渗析(ED)苦咸水脱盐,设计初始盐浓度5 000 mg·L^(-1),当脱盐率达90%时,制备的CEM、国内廷润商品CEM、日本Astom CEM的能耗分别为10.1、11.7和9.2 kWh·m^(-3),电流效率分别为92.3%、92.7%和95.5%,SPES和SDS共同作为基质功能材料比SPES或SDS单独作为基质材料更有优势,二者可协同调控优化CEM传质性能。Matrix materials of traditional homogeneous cation exchange membrane(CEM)are side-chain sulfonated polymers.The preparation process of this kind of polymer is complex and the preparation reagent is highly toxic,which highlights the short board of preparing CEM from this kind of material.In this work,polyether sulfone(PES)was used as the skeleton matrix material of CEM,polymer sulfonated polyether sulfone(SPES)and sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS)were used as the matrix functional materials,and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)was used as the hydrophilic regulator to prepare homogeneous CEM.The prepared CEM was applied to the desalination of brackish water to investigate its practicability.The research results show that SDS and SPES are stable in the prepared CEM.The surface and cross section structure of the prepared CEMS are regular and free of defects,and the compatibility of the matrix materials is good.CEM is used for the desalination of brackish water by electrodialysis(ED).The design initial salt concentration is 5000 mg·L^(-1).When the desalination rate reaches 90%,the energy con-sumption of the prepared CEM,domestic Tingrun commercial CEM,and commercial Astom CEM are 10.1,11.7,and 9.2 kWh·m^(-3),respectively.The current efficiency are 92.3%,92.7%and 95.5%,respectively.The combination of SPES and SDS as the matrix functional material has more advantages than SPES or SDS alone as the matrix material.SPES and SDS can jointly control and optimize the mass transfer performance of CEM.
