摘 要:采用电渗析技术处理橡胶促进剂废水并进行盐和有机物分离研究,探究淡浓室体积比、淡室进水电导、电压、流量和温度等因素对电渗析分离效果和操作性能的影响。实验结果表明,增大淡室进水电导、电压、流量和温度,均可以提高传质速率,其中电压和温度对传质速率的影响较为明显。增大淡室进水电导、流量、温度,减小电压,可以提高电流效率、降低能耗。在实验条件下,淡室废水电导率降低到10 mS·cm^(-1)以下,淡室COD含量为4 940 mg·L^(-1),有效实现了盐和有机物的分离,满足了生化处理要求,为橡胶促进剂废水处理提供了新的思路。The electrodialysis technology was adopted to treat the rubber accelerator wastewater,and the separation of salt and organic compound was studied.The effects of volume ratio of dilute cell and con-centrate cell inlet conductivity of dilute cell,voltage,flow and temperature on electrodialysis separation effect and operation performance were explored.The experimental results show that the mass transfer rate can be improved by increasing the inlet conductivity of dilute cell,voltage,flow and temperature,and the influence of voltage and temperature on the mass transfer rate is more obvious.Increasing the inlet conductivity of dilute cell,flow and temperature,and reducing the voltage can improve the current effi-ciency and reduce the energy consumption.Under the experimental conditions,the conductivity of the wastewater in the dilute cell is reduced to less than 10 mS·cm^(-1),and the COD content is 4940 mg·L^(-1).It effectively realizes the separation of salt and organic compound and meets the requirements of biochemi-cal treatment,which provides a new idea for the treatment of rubber accelerator wastewater.
