摘  要:锰系锂离子筛具有Li+选择性高、吸附容量大和成本低等优点,是最具应用前景的锂吸附材料之一。但由于合成的离子筛为超细粉末,给连续吸附操作带来许多困难,无法直接工业应用。针对此问题,研究了不同成膜条件,制备锂离子筛复合膜,并比较了不同膜材料的结构与吸附性能。采用聚氯乙烯(PVC)为成膜材料,N, N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)作为溶剂,相转化法制备锂离子筛复合膜,研究了制膜条件、铸膜液浓度、Li_(4)Mn_(5)O_(12)含量、膜厚以及成孔剂含量对膜结构及吸附性能影响。确定了较佳的PVC制膜条件:PVC浓度19.05%,Li4Mn5O12含量63.83%,PEG含量2.32%;涂膜厚度0.3 mm,涂膜速度30 mm·s^(-1)。将所制得膜进行力学性能测试和多次吸附-脱附实验,发现膜具有良好的机械强度和循环稳定性。Manganese lithium ionic sieve is one of the best lithium adsorption materials because of such advantages as high selectivity of Li^(+),large adsorption capacity and low cost.However,the sieve is super-fine powder,so it is hard to adsorb continuously and realize industrialization.Aiming at this problem,different film forming conditions were studied to prepare composite membrane with lithium ionic sieve,and the structure and adsorption properties of different membrane material were also compared.Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)was used as film forming materials,N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAC)was used as sol-vent.Composite membrane with lithium ion sieves was made in the method of phase inversion and was used to study the membrane condition,material blending ratio and concentration of casting solution,Li_(4)Mn_(5)O_(12) content,film thickness and pore forming agent content on the membrane structure and the ad-sorption performance influence.Good conditions of PVC membrane was determined:PVC concentration of 19.05%,Li4Mn5O12 content of 63.83%,PEG content of 2.32%.Good cycle stability and mechanical strength were presented by several adsorption-desorption experiments and mechanical properties.
