摘  要:使用酸催化将甲醛和板栗壳色素进行交联制备合成树脂,并探究其吸附水中Cr(Ⅵ)性能和零电荷点,结果为板栗壳色素甲醛交联树脂适宜的吸附pH值为2;吸附过程较符合准二级动力学模型,为化学吸附;等温吸附平衡符合Freundlich模型,Cr(Ⅵ)容易被板栗壳色素甲醛交联树脂吸附;板栗壳色素甲醛交联树脂能有效吸附水中的Cr(Ⅵ),在工业重金属污水的净化处理方面有很好的应用前景。Formaldehyde and chestnut shell pigment were crosslinked by acid catalysis to prepare synthetic resin,and the adsorption performance of Cr(Ⅵ)was investigated.The zero charge point of resin was determined,and the adsorption properties of Cr(Ⅵ)on water and its influencing factors were observed by oscillating equilibrium batch method.After testing,we found that the appropriate adsorption pH is 2.The adsorption process accords with the quasi-second-order kinetic model,which is chemisorption.The isothermal adsorption equilibrium conforms to Freundlich model,and Cr(Ⅵ)is easily adsorbed by chestnut shell pigment formaldehyde crosslinked resin.Chestnut shell pigment formaldehyde crosslinked resin can effectively adsorb Cr(Ⅵ)in water,and has a good application prospect in the purification and treatment of industrial heavy metal wastewater.
