摘　　要：为调查甘肃白龙江阿夏省级自然保护区内松科植物蛀干害虫种类及分布,研究其寄主植物及防治方法。对阿夏保护区内对新死亡和濒临死亡的油松、华山松、落叶松进行取样调查,采集树干、枝条、叶部病虫害标本,进行分类鉴定,分析研究危害和防治方法。对取样调查中采集到的天牛幼虫饲养得到成虫,制作了雌雄成虫标本,对其进行了电子显微镜形态特征、危害部位和取食方法观察,鉴定结果为甘肃省天牛科新纪录种1种:刺脊天牛属(Dystomorphus)云杉刺脊天牛(Dystomorphu spiceae Holzschuh,2003)。To investigate the species and distribution of pine borers in Achaa Provincial Nature Reserve of Bailongjiang,Gansu Province,its host plants and control methods were studied.The newly dead and dying Pinus tabulaeformis,Pinus armandii and Larix gmelini were sampled and investigated in the Acha Reserve,and the specimens of diseases and pests in the trunk,branches and leaves were collected for classification,identification,and detection of pine wood nematodes.The adults were raised from the larvae of longicorn beetles collected in the sampling survey,male and female adult specimens were made,and their morphological characteristics,harmful parts and feeding methods were observed under the electron microscope.The identification results showed that they were new record species in Gansu Province,the spruce longicorn(Dystomorphu spiceae Holzschuh,2003).
