摘　　要：为指导宝鸡市发挥地理、气候、土地、品牌等优势,维护和不断提高花椒产业效益,调查和总结了宝鸡花椒产业在栽培规模、科技支撑、品牌影响等现状和成效,分析了花椒产业发展中存在的人工采收成本高、采后处理不当、田间管理粗放、精深加工滞后、品牌保护意识不足等主要问题,提出了加强嫁接无刺良种推广、标准法规宣传、技术培训示范、龙头企业扶持、品牌宣传保护等发展对策和建议。This paper summarized the current situation and effect of Baoji prickly ash industry in cultivation scale,scientific and technological support,brand influence and other aspects.The main problems and deficiencies in the development of Baoji prickly ash industry,such as high cost of artificial harvest,insufficient post-harvest treatment,extensive field management,underdeveloped intensive processing technology,and insufficient brand protection and so on,were analyzed.From the perspective of sustainable development of Baoji prickly pepper industry for high quality,the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward including strengthening the promotion of grafting non-thorn varieties,publicity of standards and regulations,technical training demonstration,leading enterprise support,publicity and protection of brand,and improvement of quality and efficiency.
