摘　　要：目的:构建科学、规范的消毒供应中心敏感质量指标体系,为客观评价和提升消毒供应中心工作质量提供依据。方法:采用德尔菲法对三级医院消毒供应中心管理、护理管理、医院感染管理共15名专家进行2轮函询,筛选评价指标,应用层次分析法确立指标权重,构建消毒供应中心敏感质量指标体系。结果:2轮函询问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威程度分别为0.867和0.880,3级条目变异系数为0.000-0.167,构建的消毒供应中心敏感质量指标体系包括3项一级指标,20项二级指标,51项三级指标。结论:构建的消毒供应中心敏感质量指标体系突出消毒供应专科特点,对消毒供应中心管理提出具体、客观、可量化的质量评价标准,可用于消毒供应中心专业工作质量评价。Objective:To establish a scientific and standardized quality-sensitive index system for central sterial supply de-partment(CSSD),so as to provide a basis for objective evaluation and improvement of the work quality of CSSD.Methods:A total of 15 experts from the management of CSSD,nursing management and hospital infection management in tertiary hospitals were interviewed by Delphi method for two rounds,and the evaluation indexes were screened.The weight of the indexes w as determined by AHP,and the quality-sensitive index system for CSSD was established.Results:The efective recovery rales of two rounds of expert consultation were 100%,meanwhile,the auhority coeffcients were 0.867 and 0.880,respectively.The coefficients of variation of the third level items w ere 0.000-0.167.The construction of the quality-sensi-tive index system for CSSD contained three first level indicalors,20 second level indicalors,and 51 third level indicators.Conclusion:The quality-sensitive index system for CSSD constructed in this study highlights the characteristics of the disinfection and supply specialty,and puts forward speific,objective and quantifiable quality evaluation standards for the disinfection and supply management.The quality-sensitive index system can be used for the quality evaluation of the dis-infection and supply specialy.
