妊娠期糖尿病患者血清asprosin、Irisin水平与糖脂代谢的相关性

摘　　要：目的:探究血清白脂素(asprosin)、鸢尾素(Irisin)水平与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者糖脂代谢的相关性。方法:回顾性分析本院2019年6月-2022年11月诊治的83例GDM患者资料为GDM组,另选50例健康孕妇为对照组,比较两组一般资料、糖脂代谢指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、总胆固醇(TC)、高/低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(H/LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)],血清asprosin、Irisin水平,采用pearson相关性检验分析血清asprosin、Irisin水平与GDM患者糖脂代谢的相关性。结果:两组年龄、体质量指数、孕周、孕次、收缩压、舒张压、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、谷草转氨酶比较无差异(P>0.05);GDM组空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数高于对照组,胰岛β细胞功能指数低于对照组,FPG、2hPG、HbAlc、TC、TG、LDL-C、asprosin水平均高于对照组,血清Irisin水平低于对照组(均P<0.05),两组HDL-C水平无差异(P>0.05)。Pearson相关性检验显示,GDM患者FPG、2hPG、HbAlc、TC、TG、LDL-C水平与血清asprosin水平呈正相关(P<0.05),与血清Irisin水平呈负相关(P<0.05),HDL-C水平与血清asprosin、Irisin无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:GDM患者血清asprosin异常高表达,Irisin异常低表达,且二者水平与GDM患者糖脂代谢呈显著相关性,可作为临床辅助检测指标。Objective:To explore the correlation between the serum asprosin and Irisin levels of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)and their glucolipid metabolism.Methods:The data of 83 pregnant women with GDM in study group were analyzed retrospectively.50 healthy pregnant women were included in control group.The general data,the levels of glucolipid metabolism indicators,such as fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbAlc),total cholesterol(TC),high/low density lipoprotein cholester-ol(H/LDL-C),and triglyeeride(TG),and the serum asprosin and Irisin levels of the women were compared between the two groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the serum asprosin and Irisin levels of the women with GDM and their glucolipid metabolism.Results:There were no significant differences in the age,the body mass index,the gestational weeks,the number of pregnancies,the values of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure,and the levels of alanine aminotransferase and glutamic oxalic aminotransferase of the women between the two groups(P>-0.05).The fasting insulin level and the insulin resistance index value of the women in the study group were signifiantly higher than those of the women in the control group,and the isletβcell function index value of the women in the study group was significanty lower.The levels of FPG,2hPG,HbAle,TC,TG,LDL-C,and asprosin of the women in the study group were significantly higher than those of the women in the control group,but the serum Irisin level of the women in the study group was significantly lower(all P<0.05).There was no signifi-cant difference in the HDL-C level of the women between the two groups(P>0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the lewvels of FPG,2hPG,HbAlc,TC,TG,and 1LDL-C of the women with GDM were positively correla-ted with their serum asprosin level,and which of the women with GDM was negatively correlated with their serum Iri-sin level(P<0.05).There was no corr
