摘　　要：β受体阻滞剂是常用的抗高血压药之一,该类药物对β受体的选择性存在明显差异。奈必洛尔为第三代β受体阻滞剂,作用机制独特。本文通过对奈必洛尔近年在降压方面的临床应用进行归纳总结发现,与其他β受体阻滞剂相比,奈必洛尔具有一定的临床治疗优势,除降压效果明显外,还对患者性功能、心率影响较小,且不影响血糖、血脂代谢等,因此该药更适用于一些特殊群体患者,包括性活跃的男性高血压患者及合并有2型糖尿病、代谢综合征等并发症的高血压患者。β-blocker is one of the commonly used anti-hypertensive drugs,and there are obvious differences in the selection of this class of drugs.Nebivolol is a third-generationβ-blocker with a unique mechanism of action.This article summarizes the clinical application of nebivolol in anti-hypertensive treatment in recent years,and it is found that compared with otherβ-blockers,nebivolol has certain clinical treatment advantages.In addition to having a significant antihypertensive effect,it also has little impact on sexual function and heart rate of patients,and does not affect the blood glucose and lipid metabolism,so the drug is more suitable for some special groups of patients,including sexually active male hypertensive patients,hypertensive patients with complications such as type 2 diabetes mellitus and metabolic syndrome.
