摘　　要：目的分析近20年来盐酸替罗非班注射液相关研究领域现状和热点,预测未来研究方向。方法以中国知网为数据源,检索2002年1月至2022年8月收录的盐酸替罗非班注射液相关研究文献,运用CiteSpace 6.1.R3软件进行发文量、发文期刊、研究作者、研究机构、关键词分析,绘制可视化知识图谱。结果纳入文献657篇,其中《中国医药指南》载文量最多(22篇),河北医科大学发文量最多(13篇),论文《盐酸替罗非班对急性心肌梗死急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗中TIMI血流影响的临床研究》被引频次最高(102次);对关键词进行共现分析,发现替罗非班、心肌梗死、介入治疗、冠心病、心功能、安全性、护理、疗效等为其高频关键词,也是其研究重点。关键词突现分析预测未来研究热点方向是安全性和临床效果。结论盐酸替罗非班注射液的年发文量呈逐年递增趋势,其未来的研究热点方向是安全性和临床效果。对于盐酸替罗非班注射液的相关研究各研究机构合作交流少,未形成明显合作区域网络,建议相关研究团队应加强跨区域合作,为后续盐酸替罗非班的相关研究提供重要参考。Objective The research status and hotspots related to tirofiban hydrochloride injection in the past 20 years were analyzed,and future research directions were predicted.Methods Using CNKI as the data source,search literature related to tirofiban hydrochloride injection collected from January 2002 to August 2022.CiteSpace 6.1.R3 software was used to analyze the author,organization and key words of the literatures,and draw a visual knowledge graph.Results A total of 657 papers were included,of which"Chinese Medicine Guide"contained the most papers(22 papers),Hebei Medical University published the most papers(13 papers),and the paper"Effect of tirofiban on TIMI flow in patients with STEMI during primary PCI"has the highest citation frequency(102 times).The co-occurrence analysis of keywords found that tirofiban,myocardial infarction,interventional therapy,coronary heart disease,cardiac function,safety,nursing,efficacy,etc,its high-frequency keywords were also the focus of its research.Keyword emergent analysis predicts future research hotspots in safety and clinical efficacy.Conclusion The annual publication volume of tirofiban hydrochloride injection is increasing year by year,and its future research focus is on safety and clinical effects.Regarding the related research on tirofiban hydrochloride injection,there is little cooperation and communication among research institutions,and no obvious cooperation regional network has been formed.It is suggested that relevant research teams should strengthen cross-regional cooperation to provide an important reference for subsequent related research on tirofiban hydrochloride.
