摘　　要：目的为临床药师参与细菌性脑膜炎患儿发生药源性迟发型皮肤超敏反应药学监护提供参考。方法因合并用药种类较多,细菌性脑膜炎1例在治疗过程中出现迟发型药疹,临床药师经过药物治疗分析和评价,为临床医生提供相应的调整策略,优化治疗方案并提供全程化药学监护。结果此例患儿感染等症状控制,治愈出院。结论临床药师能在细菌性脑膜炎患者治疗的过程中协助临床医师不断优化调整方案,为患者的治疗起到积极的作用。Objective To provide reference for clinical pharmacists to participate in pharmaceutical care of drug-induced delayed skin hypersensitivity in children with bacterial meningitis.Methods Due to a variety of drug combinations,delayed drug eruption occurred in 1 case of bacterial meningitis in the course of treatment.Clinical pharmacists provided corresponding adjustment strategies,optimized treatment plans and whole-process pharmaceutical care for clinicians after analysis and evaluation of drug therapy.Results Eventually,the child's infection and other symptoms were controlled,cured and discharged.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists can help clinicians optimize and adjust the program during the treatment of patients with bacterial meningitis,and play a positive role in the treatment of patients.
