摘　　要：目的探析骨康胶囊对骨质疏松性腰椎椎体压缩性骨折患者经皮椎体成形手术(PVP)术后的治疗效果,并观察其对骨代谢指标及腰椎功能的影响。方法前瞻性研究,纳入江西省中西医结合医院2020年1月至2022年1月接受PVP治疗的骨质疏松性腰椎椎体压缩性骨折患者100例作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50),对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用骨康胶囊,持续治疗12个月。比较两组患者临床疗效,骨代谢指标[血清Ⅰ型前胶原羧基端肽(PICP)、骨钙素(BGP)、血清骨碱性磷酸酶(ALP)]以及腰椎功能恢复情况[伤椎增加高度、伤椎中部高度]。结果观察组有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗12个月PICP、BGP以及ALP水平较治疗前升高,且观察组各指标水平变化更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗12个月伤椎增加高度、伤椎中部高度较治疗前升高,且观察组各指标水平变化更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨康胶囊对骨质疏松性腰椎椎体压缩性骨折患者PVP术后疗效显著,可改善骨代谢指标,促进腰椎功能恢复。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of gukang capsules on patients with osteoporotic lumbar vertebral compression fracture after percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP),and to investigate its influence on bone metabolism indexes and lumbar function.Methods In a prospective study,100 patients with osteoporotic lumbar vertebral compression fracture who received PVP surgery from January 2020 to January 2022 admitted to Jiangxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine were included as research objects and divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with gukang capsules on the basis of the control group,all treated for 12 months.The clinical efficacy,bone metabolism indexes[serum typeⅠprocollagen carboxy-terminal peptide(PICP),osteocalcin(BGP)and serum bone alkaline phosphatase(ALP)]and the recovery of lumbar function(anterior vertebral edge height,middle height of injured vertebra)were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 months of treatment,the PICP,BGP and ALP levels of the two groups were increased compared with those before treatment,and the levels of all indicators in the observation group were more significantly changed,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 12 months of treatment,the anterior vertebral edge height and middle height of injured vertebra of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,the observation group changed more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that gukang capsules has significant therapeutic effect on patients with osteoporotic lumbar vertebral compression fracture after PVP operation,which can improve bone metabolism indexes and promote the recovery of lumbar function.
