摘　　要：目的:分析合肥市包公街道社区艾滋病(AIDS)病例情况及治疗管理效果。方法:选取2012年1月—2019年12月合肥市包公街道社区管理的34例AIDS患者作为研究对象,所有患者接受针对性高效联合抗反转录病毒治疗。分析患者性别、年龄、婚姻状况、学历、感染途径分布情况及治疗效果,比较患者治疗前后CD4+T淋巴细胞计数(CD4)。结果:34例AIDS患者中,男性、年龄≤40岁、未婚、大专及以上学历、男男同性性传播占比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,患者CD4水平高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P=0.010)。34例AIDS患者中,免疫学治疗成功24例,成功率为70.6%;病毒学治疗成功32例,成功率为94.1%。结论:合肥市包公街道社区AIDS患者以男性、年龄≤40岁、未婚、大专及以上学历、男男同性性传播占比较高,经高效联合抗反转录病毒治疗及社区管理后,大部分患者取得了良好的治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the situation of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS) cases in the Baogong Street Community of Hefei City and the effect of treatment management.Methods:A total of 34 AIDS patients managed by the Baogong Street Community of Hefei City from January 2012 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.All patients received targeted and effective combined antiretroviral therapy.The patient's gender,age,marital status,educational background,distribution of infection routes and treatment effect were analyzed.CD4~+T lymphocyte count(CD4) before and after treatment was compared.Results:Among the 34 AIDS patients,the patients who were male,≤ 40 years old,unmarried,with college degree or above,and by male-to-male sexual transmission accounted for a high proportion,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4 levels of patients were higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.010).Among the 34 AIDS patients,24 cases were successfully treated with immunological therapy,with a success rate of 70.6%;32 cases were successfully treated with virology therapy,with a success rate of 94.1%.Conclusion:Among the AIDS patients in Baogong Street Community of Hefei City,the proportions of male,age ≤ 40 years old,unmarried,college degree or above,and male-to-male sexual transmission are higher.The majority of patients have achieved good treatment results after efficient combined antiretroviral therapy and community management.
