手法按摩配合核心训练法联合仿生物电刺激对产后腹直肌分离的疗效分析及肌电研究

摘　　要：目的探讨产后腹直肌分离(DRA)产妇应用手法按摩配合核心训练法联合仿生物电刺激的临床疗效。方法选取120例接受康复治疗的产后DRA产妇,按照计算机1:1随机数列法分为对照组和试验组,每组60例。对照组采用仿生物电刺激治疗,试验组采用手法按摩配合核心训练法联合仿生物电刺激治疗。比较两组治疗前后腹直肌分离情况及腹围恢复情况、肌纤维电位变化情况、腰背部疼痛程度及肌电位数值。结果试验组治疗后DRA分离情况及腹围改善幅度均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后Ⅰ类及Ⅱ类肌纤维电位最大值、肌电位数值均显著高于治疗前,且试验组患者治疗后Ⅰ类及Ⅱ类肌纤维电位最大值、肌电位数值均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分显著低于治疗前,且试验组治疗后VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对产后DRA分离产妇采用手法按摩配合核心训练法联合仿生物电刺激能够促进DRA恢复,提高肌纤维电位水平,有利于改善腰背部疼痛程度,促进其身体尽快恢复,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of manual massage cooperated with core training combined with biomimetic electrical stimulation on postpartum women with diastasis recti abdominis(DRA).Methods A total of 120 postpartum women with DRA who received rehabilitation treatment were selected and divided into the control group and the test group by computer 1:1 random sequence method,60 cases in each group.The control group was given bionic electrical stimulation,the test group was given manual massage cooperated with core training combined with bionic electrical stimulation.The separation of diastasis recti muscle,the recovery of abdominal circumference,the change of muscle fiber potential,the degree of lumbar and back pain and the value of muscle potential were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the DRA separation and abdominal circumference improvement in the test group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum values of classⅠand classⅡmuscle fiber potentials,muscle potential value in the two group were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the above indicators of the test group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the VAS score in the test group was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For postpartum women with DRA,manual massage and core training combined with biomimetic electrical stimulation can promote the recovery of DRA,improve the level of muscle fiber potential,improve the degree of lower back pain,and promote the rapid recovery of the body,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
