研究腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗宫外孕的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的研究宫外孕治疗中应用腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术的应用价值。方法选取40例行宫外孕手术患者,将其随机编号抽签分为微创组(20例,腹腔镜手术)与开腹组(20例,传统开腹手术)。比较两组手术治疗效果。结果微创组输卵管手术情况与开腹组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);微创组失血量(22.03±1.03)ml明显少于开腹组(37.65±2.12)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微创组并发症发生率、瘢痕生成率、术后疼痛评分均低于开腹组,生活健康指数高于开腹组,时间指标短于开腹组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术对宫外孕患者的手术创伤更低,可以减轻患者的术后疼痛感,减少并发症发生率与瘢痕情况,提升生活质量,相比于传统开腹手术优势更加明显。Objective To study the application value of laparoscopic surgery and traditional open surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods40 patients with ectopic pregnancy surgery were divided into minimally invasive group(20 cases,laparoscopic surgery)and open group(20 cases,traditional open surgery)according to the random number drawing.The effect of operation was compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the surgical condition of fallopian tubes between the minimally invasive group and the open group(P>0.05).The blood loss in minimally invasive group(22.03±1.03)ml was significantly less than(37.65±2.12)ml in open group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate,scar formation rate and postoperative pain score of minimally invasive group were lower than those of open group,the life health indexes were higher than those of open group,and the time indexes were shorter than those of open group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery has lower surgical trauma for patients with ectopic pregnancy,can reduce the postoperative pain of patients,reduce the incidence of complications and scars,and improve the quality of life.Compared with traditional open surgery,laparoscopic surgery has more obvious advantages.
