穴位按摩联合中药封包对产妇分娩后膀胱排尿功能恢复的干预效果

摘　　要：目的探索产妇分娩后开展穴位按摩联合中药封包对膀胱排尿功能恢复及尿潴留的影响及应用价值。方法选取94名分娩产妇,以信封随机抽签方式将产妇分为对照组与观察组,每组47名。对照组开展常规产后康复干预,观察组在对照组基础上开展穴位按摩联合中药封包。比较两组产妇干预效果。结果观察组产妇首次排尿时间短于对照组,首次排尿量、膀胱残余尿量均少于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分(3.47±0.34)分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分(5.25±0.47)分均明显低于对照组的(5.65±0.33)分、(9.37±0.58)分(P<0.05)。结论产妇分娩后开展穴位按摩联合中药封包有助于恢复膀胱排尿功能,改善产妇生理机能,降低应激反应,提高睡眠质量,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect and application value of acupoint massage combined with Chinese medicine encapsulation on the recovery of urinary bladder function and urinary retention after delivery.Methods 94 parturients were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random drawing of envelopes,with 47 parturients in each group.The control group carried out routine postpartum rehabilitation intervention,and the observation group carried out acupressure combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation on the basis of the control group.The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups.Results The first urination time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the first urination volume and bladder residual urine volume were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,VAS score(3.47±0.34)points and PSQI score(5.25±0.47)points in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(5.65±0.33)points and control group(9.37±0.58)points(P<0.05).Conclusion After delivery,the combination of acupressure and Chinese medicine encapsulation can help to restore bladder urination function,improve maternal physiological function,reduce stress response and improve sleep quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
