摘 要:大脑中动脉是胎儿脑部供血最丰富的血管,能够为临床反映胎儿脑部发育情况、脑部血液循环状况,在评估胎儿正常发育中有极高价值。在彩色多普勒超声中,胎儿的脑部血流信号指标会随着孕周的增长而呈现抛物线模式,若产妇为高危妊娠,胎儿可能存在宫内缺氧、宫内窘迫、发育迟缓等现象,导致胎儿大脑中动脉血流指标异常,可见通过胎儿大脑中动脉血流监测能良好反映胎儿的一系列病理生理改变。故本文针对胎儿大脑中动脉血流概述进行详细分析,指出该指标在宫内窘迫、宫内缺氧、发育迟缓等方面的预测或诊断效果。The middle cerebral artery is the most abundant blood supply vessel for the fetal brain,which can reflect the development of the fetal brain and the blood circulation of the brain,and is of great value in evaluating the normal development of the fetus.In color Doppler ultrasound,the fetal brain blood flow signal indicators will show a parabolic pattern with the growth of the gestational age.If the pregnant woman is a high-risk pregnancy,the fetus may have intrauterine hypoxia,intrauterine distress,growth retardation and other phenomena,resulting in abnormal fetal middle cerebral artery blood flow indicators.It can be seen that the fetal middle cerebral artery blood flow monitoring can well reflect a series of case physiological changes of the fetus.Therefore,this paper analyzes the overview of fetal middle cerebral artery blood flow in detail,points out the predictive or diagnostic effects of this index in the aspects of intrauterine distress,intrauterine hypoxia,growth retardation.
