阿奇霉素联合聚甲酚磺醛阴道栓在非淋菌性宫颈炎治疗中的药学分析

摘　　要：目的分析阿奇霉素联合聚甲酚磺醛阴道栓在非淋菌性宫颈炎治疗中的效果。方法选取40例均确诊为非淋菌性宫颈炎患者,采用随机排列法分为对照组与试验组,每组20例。对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,试验组采用阿奇霉素联合聚甲酚磺醛阴道栓治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果对照组患者总有效率为70.0%,试验组患者总有效率为95.0%,试验组患者总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者治疗前、治疗后不良症状评分分别为(18.6±4.3)分、(6.8±2.3)分,试验组患者分别为(18.4±4.5)分、(3.4±1.2)分,治疗前两组患者不良症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组患者不良症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者促卵泡生成素、雌二醇水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对非淋菌性宫颈炎治疗,采用阿奇霉素联合聚甲酚磺醛阴道栓效果确切,能够有效改善临床症状及激素水平,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effect of azithromycin combined with polycresol sulfonal vaginal supposit in the treatment of nongonococcal cervicitis.Methods 4o patients diagnosed with nongonococcal cervicitis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the experimental group was treated with azithromycin combined with polycresol sulfonal vaginal supposit.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 70.0%,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.0%,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of adverse symptoms were(18.6±4.3)and(6.8±2.3)points before and after treatment in the control group,and(18.4±4.5)and(3.4±1.2)points in the experimental group,respectively.There was no statistical significance in the scores of adverse symptoms between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the adverse symptom score of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and estradiol between 2 groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of non-gonococcal cervicitis,azithromycin combined with polycresol sulfonal vaginal supposit has a definite effect,can effectively improve clinical symptoms and hormone levels,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
