人工流产后应用穴位贴敷护理干预的相关研究

摘　　要：目的探究人工流产后应用穴位贴敷护理的效果。方法选取300例人工流产孕妇,采用摸球法对其随机分组,单数号为对照组,双数号为试验组,每组150例。对照组采取常规措施,试验组在对照组基础上采取穴位贴敷护理。比较两组孕妇的治疗疗效、术后阴道出血量、术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果试验组治疗总有效率为98.00%,明显高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后1h、术后2h阴道出血量均明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后6h、12h及24h的VAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工流产后采用穴位贴敷护理,能够有效抑制术后阴道出血,同时改善治疗效果,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application nursing after induced abortion.Methods 300 pregnant women with induced abortion were selected as research objects,they were randomly divided into groups using ball-touching method,with singular number as the control group and even number as the experimental group,150 cases in each group.The control group was given routine measures,The experimental group was given acupoint application nursing on the basis of the control group.The treatment efficacy,postoperative vaginal bleeding volume,and postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)score between two groups of pregnant women were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 86.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of vaginal bleeding in the experimental group at 1 hour and 2 hours after surgery were significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the experimental group at 6,12,and 24 hours after surgery were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application nursing after induced abortion can effectively inhibit postoperative vaginal bleeding,and improv e the therapeutic effect,is worthy of clinical promotion.
