腹腔镜手术结合醋酸亮丙瑞林对卵巢型子宫内膜异位症患者性激素水平、复发率的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究卵巢型子宫内膜异位症(OEM)患者采用腹腔镜手术联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗对性激素水平及复发率的影响。方法选择90例OEM患者为研究对象,遵从完全随机设计法分成研究组和对照组,各45例。研究组予以腹腔镜手术联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗,对照组予以腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组的性激素水平[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)和雌二醇(E_(2))]、卵巢功能和复发率。结果研究组治疗后的性激素(FSH、LH、E_(2))水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的窦卵泡计数少于对照组,卵巢体积小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的复发率为2.22%,低于对照组的15.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术联合醋酸亮丙瑞林应用于OEM患者中能调节性激素水平,改善卵巢功能及控制复发率,值得推荐。Objective To study the influence of laparoscopic surgery combined with leprerelin acetate on sex hormone levels and the recurrence rate in ovarian endometriosis(OEM)patients.Methods A total of 90 OEM patients were selected as study subjects and they were divided into the study group and the control group according to completely random design,with 45 cases in each group.The study group was treated with laparoscopic surgery combined with leuprelin acetate,and the control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.Sex hormone levels[follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),and estradiol(E_(2))],ovarian function,and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of sex hormones(FSH,LH,E_(2))in the study group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sinus follicle count of the study group after trearment was less than that of the control group,and theovarian volume of the study group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the diference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was 2.22%,which was lower than that of the control group(15.56%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of laparoscopic surgery combined with leuprelin acetate in OEM patients can regulate sex hormone levels,improve ovarian function and control recurrence rate,and which is worth recommending.
