外阴洗剂联合红霉素眼膏在婴幼儿小阴唇粘连分离术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨婴幼儿小阴唇粘连的临床特点、发病原因、治疗及预防措施。方法回顾性分析430例婴幼儿小阴唇粘连患儿的临床资料。所有小阴唇粘连患儿均采用外阴洗剂联合红霉素眼膏治疗,于治疗1周后行小阴唇粘连分离术,观察治疗效果。结果430例小阴唇粘连患儿经外阴洗剂清洗外阴、红霉素眼膏涂抹外阴1周后,行无菌棉棒钝性小阴唇粘连分离术,均1次成功,几乎无出血,均痊愈。结论外阴洗剂联合红霉素眼膏在婴幼儿小阴唇粘连分离术中的应用效果较好,但是婴幼儿外阴炎症引起粘连,应加强对家长的健康宣教,提高其认知与护理的能力,可减轻患儿的痛苦和不必要的经济负担。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics,pathogenesis,treatment and prevention of nymphora adhesions in infants and young women.Methods The clinical data of 430 cases of nymphalia adhesion in infants were analyzed retrospectively.All the children with labia minora adhesion were treated with vulva lotion combined with erythromycin ophthalmic ointment.After 1 week of treatment,the separation of labia minora adhesion was performed.The therapeutic effect was observed.ResultsA total of 430 cases of infants and young women with labia minora were washed by vulva lotion and applied with erythromycin ophthalmic ointment for 1 week,all of them were successfully separated with sterile cotton swabs,almost no bleeding,and all were cured.Conclusion The effect of vulva lotion combined with erythromycin ophthalmic ointment has a good effect in the operation of adhesion separation of the nymphora,but the adhesion caused by vulva inflammation in infants and young children should be strengthened to educate the health of parents,improve their cognition and nursing ability,and reduce the pain and unnecessary economic burden of children.
