米非司酮联合中药在药物流产后蜕膜残留患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨米非司酮联合中药在药物流产后蜕膜残留患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选择86例药物流产的患者为研究对象,按照入院顺序随机分为研究组和对照组,每组43例。对照组给予米非司酮治疗,研究组给予米非司酮联合中药治疗,比较两组的治疗总有效率、不良反应总发生率及血人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组HCG、VEGF水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论米非司酮联合中药治疗药物流产后蜕膜残留的效果较好,能够降低HCG、VEGF水平,且安全性高,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of decidua residual after drug abortion.Methods A total of 86 patients with medical abortion were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the order of admission,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given mifepristone treatment,and the study group was given mifepristone combined with Chinese medicine treatment.The total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions,the levels of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,HCG and VEGF indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect on the treatment of decidua residual after drug abortion,and can reduce the indexes of HCG and VEGF,and it is safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
