蛋白支持疗法在妊娠期肾病综合征患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨蛋白支持疗法对妊娠期肾病综合征(NSP)的治疗效果。方法选择64例NSP患者为研究对象,按治疗方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组采用常规疗法,观察组在对照组基础上采用蛋白支持疗法。比较两组血浆白蛋白、血尿酸(Ua)、血肌酐(Cr)、24h尿蛋白定量、不良妊娠结局发生率、治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,观察组24h尿蛋白定量、血Cr、血Ua少于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血浆白蛋白高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论NSP患者采用蛋白支持治疗的效果较好,有助于促进患者肾功能的恢复,改善其营养水平,减少不良妊娠的发生风险,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of protein-supported therapy on nephrotic syndrome of pregnancy(NSP).Methods A total of 64 NSP patients were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,32 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy,and the observation group received protein-supported therapy based on the control group.Plasma albumin,serum uric acid(Ua),serum creatinine(Cr),24h urinary protein,incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,24 h urinary protein,blood Cr and blood Ua in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),plasma albumin in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of protein support therapy in NSP patients is good,which can promote the recovery of renal function,improve the nutritional level and reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
