左氧氟沙星联合奥硝唑治疗盆腔炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察左氧氟沙星联合奥硝唑治疗盆腔炎的疗效。方法选取74例盆腔炎患者,随机分为对照组(37例)与观察组(37例)。对照组采用奥硝唑治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合左氧氟沙星治疗,两组患者均治疗2周。观察并比较两组的临床症状改善情况及炎性因子、T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果观察组临床症状中的腹痛、白带增多、盆腔积液评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用左氧氟沙星联合奥硝唑治疗盆腔炎能改善临床症状,减轻炎性反应,促进免疫功能的提升,值得借鉴。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Levofloxacin combined with Ornidazole in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 74 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and randomly divided into the control group(37 cases)and the observation group(37 cases).The control group was treated with Ornidazole,and the observation group was treated with Levofloxacin on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The improvement of clinical symptoms,inflammatory factors and T lymphocyte subsets were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The scores of clinical symptoms of abdominal pain,increased vaginal discharge,and pelvic fluid accumulation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-2(IL-2),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with Ornidazole in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease can improve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory response,promote the improvement of immune function,which is worth learning.
