妇科千金片联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨妇科千金片联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果。方法选择40例慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同分为对照组和试验组,每组20例。对照组给予抗生素治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予妇科千金片治疗。对比两组患者的治疗总有效率及满意度。结果试验组治疗总有效率为90.00%,对照组治疗总有效率75.00%,试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗满意度为95.00%,对照组治疗满意度为70.00%,试验组治疗满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性盆腔炎患者采用妇科千金片联合抗生素治疗效果较好,患者满意度较高,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the effect of Fujiqianjin tablet combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 40 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given antibiotic treatment,and the experimental group was given gynecological Qianjin tablet on the basis of the control group.The treatment efficiency and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00%and that of the control group was 75.00%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the diference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.00%,and that of the control group was 70.00%,and the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gynecologic Qianjin tablet combined with antibiotics is effective in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and the patients have high satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion andapplication.
