综合性护理在宫腔镜术后放置球囊导尿管治疗宫腔粘连患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨综合性护理在宫腔镜术后放置球囊导尿管治疗宫腔粘连的应用效果。方法选择68例接受宫腔镜术后放置球囊导尿管治疗宫腔粘连患者为研究对象,按照治疗时间顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组给予常规性护理,观察组给予综合性护理,比较两组临床疗效、生活质量及护理满意度。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理应用于宫腔镜术后放置球囊导尿管治疗宫腔粘连患者的效果较好,可以提高患者的生活质量和护理满意度,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions by balloon catheter after hysteroscopy.Methods A total of 68 patients with intrauterine adhesion treated with balloon catheter after hysteroscopy were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment time,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The clinical efficacy,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The life quality score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is effective in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions after hysteroscopic surgery,which can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
