激素替代治疗法在围绝经期综合征患者保健治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨激素替代治疗法在围绝经期综合征患者中的应用效果。方法选择38例围绝经期综合征患者为研究对象,按不同的治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组19例。对照组给予常规保健治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予激素替代治疗法,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组围绝经期症状评分量表(Kupperman)、围绝经期生存质量量表(MENQOL)评分及雌激素指水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组Kupperman、MENQOL评分及卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组雌二醇(E_(2))水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围绝经期综合征患者保健治疗中应用性激素治疗效果较好,可改善患者围绝经期症状及雌激素水平,提高患者生存质量,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effect of hormone replacement therapy in patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 38 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 19 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional health care treatment,the observation group was given hormone replacement therapy on the basis of the control group,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in Menopause Symptom Score Scale(Kupperman),Menopause Quality of Life Scale(MENQOL)scores and estrogen indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,Kupperman,MENQOL scores follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)levels in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and estradiol(E_(2))levels in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of sex hormone therapy in the health care treatment of patients with perimenopausal syndrome is good,can improve the symptoms of perimenopause and estrogen levels,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
