产后访视及保健应用于产后康复的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨在女性产后康复中应用产后访视与保健的效果。方法选取90例产妇,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组应用传统产后康复,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施产后访视与保健。比较两组产妇的产后并发症发生率、产妇认知行为与健康保健知识掌握情况。结果观察组的产后并发症总发生率为24.44%,低于对照组的44.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的自我护理认知行为、新生儿护理认知行为以及健康保健知识掌握评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产后康复过程中应用产后访视及保健后,产妇的产后并发症发生率降低,产后护理、新生儿护理、健康保健知识掌握情况较高。Objective To explore the effect of postpartum visit and health care in women's postpartum rehabilitation.Methods A total of 90 parturients were selected and divided into the observation group the and control group according to random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group received traditional postpartum rehabilitation,and the observation group received postpartum visit and health care on the basis of routine nursing.The incidence of postpartum complications,maternal cognitive behavior and knowledge of health care were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of postpartum complications in the observation group was 24.44%,which was lower than that in the control group(44.44%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-care cognitive behavior,neonatal nursing cognitive behavior and health care knowledge mastery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the application of postpartum visit and health care in the process of postpartum rehabilitation,the incidence of postpartum complications is reduced,and the knowledge of postpartum care,newborn care and health care is higher.
