胎膜早破对足月产妇分娩结局的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析胎膜早破对足月产妇分娩结局的影响。方法选取本院100名胎膜早破足月产妇为研究组,并纳入同期100名健康足月产妇为对照组,比较两组的分娩结局及并发症发生情况。结果研究组的剖宫产率、阴道助产率、异常妊娠发生率、母婴并发症发生率分别为53.00%、8.00%、30.00%、22.00%,显著高于对照组的20.00%、1.00%、12.00%、4.00%(P<0.05);研究组流产史、妇科炎症史、妊娠期高血压疾病、妊娠期间频繁性生活的发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胎膜早破会降低经阴道分娩率,增加足月产妇发生不良妊娠结局的风险,临床应尽早给予有效的防治干预措施,以降低胎膜早破发生率,改善产妇分娩结局。Objective To analyze the impact of premature rupture of membranes on the delivery outcomes of full-term postpartum women.Methods 100 ful-term pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes in our hospital were selected as the research group,and 100 healthy full-term pregnant women in the same period were included as the control group.The delivery outcomes and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The cesarean section rate,vaginal delivery rate,abnormal pregnancy rate and maternal and infant complications rate in the study group were 53.00%,8.00%,30.00%and 22.00%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(20.00%,1.00%,12.00%,4.00%)(P<0.05);The incidence of miscarriage history,gynecological inflammation history,gestational hypertension,and frequent sexual activity during pregnancy in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Premature rupture of membranes can reduce the rate of vaginal delivery and increase the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes in term women.Effective prevention and intervention measures should be taken as soon as possible to reduce the rate of premature rupture of membranes and improve the delivery outcome of women.
