摘  要:目的探讨生物反馈电刺激联合Kegel训练在产后盆底功能障碍中的应用效果。方法选取本院256例产后盆底功能障碍患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各128例。参照组采用生物反馈电刺激治疗,试验组采用生物反馈电刺激联合Kegel训练治疗,比较两组的阴道肌力、纤维疲劳指数、肌电压、阴道动态压力、盆底障碍影响简易问卷7(PFIQ-7)评分、夜尿次数及尿失禁情况。结果试验组阴道肌力低于参照组,Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌纤维的纤维疲劳指数高于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌纤维的肌电压高于参照组,阴道动态压力高于参照组,PFIQ-7评分低于参照组,夜尿次数少于参照组(P<0.05);试验组尿失禁发生率为78.12%,显著低于参照组的93.75%(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈电刺激联合Kegel训练治疗产后盆底功能障碍,能显著改善患者的盆底肌功能,降低尿失禁发生率,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Kegel training on postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods 256 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 128 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation,and the test group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Kegel training.The vaginal muscle strength,fiber fatigue index,muscle voltage,vaginal dynamic pressure,pelvic floor disturbance influence simple questionnaire 7(PFIQ-7)score,nocturnal urine frequency,and urinary incontinence were compared between the two groups.Results The vaginal muscle strength of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group,and the fiber fatigue index of typeⅠand typeⅡmuscle fibers was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);After treatment,the muscle voltage of typeⅠand typeⅡmuscle fibers in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,the vaginal dynamic pressure was higher than that in the reference group,the PFIQ-7 score was lower than that in the reference group,and the number of nocturia was less than that in the reference group(P<0.05);The incidence of urinary incontinence in the test group was 78.12%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(93.75%,P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Kegel training can significantly improve the pelvic floor muscle function of patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction,reduce the incidence of urinary incontinence,and is worth popularizing.
